Brandon started Pathfinder Legal Placement to provide associate attorneys with the services he would have used when he lateraled as a Big Law associate.

Brandon counsels lawyers through the law firm hiring process by leverage his personal experience and Big Law relationships.

Previously, Brandon was a corporate and securities attorney at an Am Law top 200 ranked firm before lateraling to an Am Law top 5 ranked firm.

Brandon also worked in-house as Capital Markets Counsel for a Nasdaq listed company.

Brandon has a J.D. with Honors from UNC Chapel Hill School of Law and a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Miami.

Brandon is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida, although he does not practice law day-to-day anymore.
